I got a random thought.
If one guy is borned on 31st Dec, the next day he is considered 1 year old already (counting by year). If one guy is borned on 1st Jan, only after a year he will be considered 1 year old. So the 31st Dec guy will have one year to 'slack'. Because schools and levels is counted by the year, like the year 1993 batch. Shiok ah. Can skip one whole year. I think thats the reason why there's more people borned in the later parts of the year (no lah I anyhow only). I think it is better to be born later in the year. Those borned in the month of January, February, March and April have to take the grades of 16 years old for Napfa. And they age faster. Of course you'll have to wait abit longer till you can watch NC16 movies or whatever, but still you save a few months of your life. I should appreciate the fact that I'm born at the last quarter of the year. Hahahahahaha.
