staying overnight at the airport to catch the early morning flight leaves you with much alone time to reflect about the trip.

it was eight days in beautiful Barcelona but it really passed soooo quickly, i wish i had more time here (and paris) but i think it's great i ended it in such a high note, knowing that there are better things (hopefully) to come.

i was legitimately afraid and dreadful of the trip on day 1 of barcelona, day 2 and day 3 wasn't that much better, but day 4 onwards made so much difference to the entire trip. i met sooooooooo many new people who are so friendly, tried their hardest despite the incompetence in the english language, and we all connected and bonded through movement. it feels so amazing. london was so good because of this, it reminded me why i signed up for this 2 1/2 months away from home.

i've trained so much and had the best amount of training since a long time at barcelona - weather was great and there were always people out there who are training and you can readily join. i trained everyday, esp ytd and monday - an entire day of training. the community here is healthy and strong, some of the people here i met are sooo incredibly good, namely defo and aral, i'm really honoured to have met them. aral got to go for WPF, art of motion, lisbon. it's amazing the kind of stuff you'll get to experience just for being incredibly passionate. maybe i can be like him some day.

of course not forgetting the joy of meeting new people who can finally speak english too! copenhagen guys came today, good training and had so much to talk about and train with despite knowing each other for only a day.

i got so many clips for barcelona alone and i'm thinking of making a barcelona video. look out for that.

you know what's the best feeling? when the people whom you look up gives you appraisal for your movement. when defo said 'you are incredible' i never felt such an honour.

it really is true when they say the starting is always the hardest. thinking forward, it is still a largely longggggg time till may 6th, but thinking back, almost a month has already past. i am still missing home and the people there, but i know that heading home shouldnt be the option i should go for especially when this is the time when i can gain the most amount of experience. it's rare that opportunities as good as this would arise again. maybe i should focus more on the trip itself, get the best out of it, and then come home with a newly grown mindset.

imagine the things i've to share when i get home.

amsterdam part 2 will definitely be awesome, looking forward to it. :)
