Tomorrow marks the first month anniversary of the house we rented. Which is no celebration because that only means we have to pay next month's rent!! And in the very quick one month+ that has passed, I'm still jobless. Pretty tired of saying that in all my blogposts so far.

So it's Easter! Which meant a week off from my uni, and because I have Thursday and Friday off (when Uni supposedly resumes), that meant I had a full 12 days off from school! And guess what I did with that? Travelled up to Canberra! About 8hrs from Melbourne. First trip in Australia, and the 5th Australian city to add to my list.

However, my shoulder is pretty shit this weekend, it doesn't hurt as much but it still hurts when I exert my shoulder in some positions, which sucks a lot. Seems like it would take way longer to fully recover from this. I had two sessions at Bounce, which, tbh, only served in making me depressed of my inability to train fully. And of course my wallrunning skills aren't improving at all. However, I have been going to the gym pretty regularly since squats and deadlifts didn't quite affected the shoulder, and I'm soon going to start on a routine. Stoked.

I still committed to this trip tho because I don't know when else I'll have the time to have 12 days off with no responsibilities. No school, not much schoolwork, no job. So what better time to travel than now? Better than staying at home, not being able to train either, blazing up all day. Wasting time. Getting pretty bored of it too. Oh well.

Of cos, it'll suck to have to witness the crazy Canberra spots but not fully being able to give it my all... Sigh.

We got some new furnitures for the house this week. A dining table that we picked up at the end of our street, took us about 15mins of carrying this heavy table which just barely fitted the front door. And my double bed that was thankfully being delivered to the house. For 50 and 100 respectively, it was quite a steal. Pretty happy with it. Hatta just sold his projector, so that means we need to get a TV, a table for the TV, and the couch. And a washing machine. It's taking way too long to get all of them in the house, but I'm hoping we can settle it soon. Not sure how tho, without a car. Sigh.

I got my bicycle for $200 this week. It's about 2 years so I didn't really think it was worth the price. However it's Australia so it's not gonna get any cheaper. I cycled it from the city back home and it was tiring as. It's not the smoothest ride but I have to make do with it, as it will be my staple commute from now on. It just takes me 10mins+ to get to school now, instead of the long inefficient two trams + walking transportation route. Guess I'll have to take it as an extra workout.

I, too, got my first camping experience in this random state park during Good Friday.  Just chilling in the fire, eating food, listening to guitar, blazing away. It was fun, but I felt like I needed to see more sights instead of just being at the campfire. It was a good first experience tho. Hatta is looking to buy a car and I hope that happens successfully, as I definitely want to go road trips and camp during the weekends. Hopefully.

First actual day in Canberra tomorrow, and possibly camping overnight too. I'm not sure what to expect but keen to just make the best out of it!
