Day 303:
Damn the days are flying past really quickly.
Got my fortnightly pay. Pretty happy to hit a high $2.3k despite working much less. Good money to be getting in a month - $4.8k. Also hit a new one day record - $350. Insane achievement in my opinion. Was definitely into the hustle life for the past month. I'm progressively cutting down now but still trying to get as much money before I totally stop for January.
This would mean I have probably 5 more full day sessions with work in Hawthorn before I bid farewell to that phase of life. Can't wait for that break because it has been quite stressful as well since a month ago when I first started to work two jobs at once. But heck this 8 months of work has been pretty fruitful. I shouldn't be too far from my $14k target, now it's about having as much extra money as possible above that target!
I might spend the whole of January just travelling and training because I would be done with work and gym. But what scares me the most is that I might injure myself halfway through and wouldn't be able to enjoy travelling. It's scary but you can only wing it.
The goal is to go to Brisbane, Townsville, then Adelaide. But of course I still need time to complete my goals here in Melbourne.
Did tick off some goals for my parkour bucket list including the front out of the carpark goal of Camberwell. Definitely happy with that one. Also managed to jump pretty far. I honestly have very little days of pushing myself hard in Parkour as compared to back in Singapore. So having one where I stopped giving myself excuses and do jumps that I'm scared of! I still got so many targets to tick but time is running out!
My hamstring still isn't fully healed but I have been going to the gym with them and still going hard on my jumps... Today it felt worse and I really hope it recovers quickly and is nothing serious. And I'm 2 workouts away from my 1rm day... Hope it doesn't affect much. *fingers crossed*
Another thing that is stopping me from achieving my goals is just the fact where I still have to rely on others to get things done. Most of the shots I want in video needs to be operated by someone (not a tripod) and I'm afraid of 'burdening' them just to have me 'achieve my goals'. Also, the dive roll video is kinda hard to do because it relies mainly on two people being into it but it's clearly one-sided right now. How I wish I can do everything by myself.
Pretty much all that's in my head for this one.
Not much really.
Enjoy the post anyway.
